Host Property AB (publ) publishes prospectus and applies for listing of bonds on Nasdaq First North Bond Market
On 8 December 2016, Host Property AB (publ) issued senior secured and guaranteed floating rate bonds in the amount of SEK 300,000,000. The bonds carry an interest rate of STIBOR 3 months plus 6.00 per cent per annum and the maturity date is 8 December 2019.
In accordance with the terms and conditions for the bonds, Host Property AB (publ) will apply for the bonds to be admitted to trading on Nasdaq First North Bond Market.
In view of the application for admission to trading, Host Property AB (publ) has prepared a listing prospectus for the bonds. The prospectus has on 29 December 2016 been approved by and registered with the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Sw. Finansinspektionen) in accordance with the Swedish Financial Instruments Trading Act (Sw. lagen (1991:980) om handel med finansiella instrument). The prospectus will be made available on the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority’s website (www.fi.se) and on the group’s website www.flyingelephant.no/host.
Nasdaq First North Bond Market, being an alternative marketplace and not a regulated market, does not require a prospectus to be prepared prior to listing of bonds. Nevertheless, Host Property AB (publ) has chosen to prepare a prospectus in order to provide potential investors with information regarding Host Property AB (publ), the guarantors and the bonds.
Swedbank AB (publ) has acted as financial advisor and sole manager to Host Property AB (publ) in connection with the bond issue.
