Flying Elephant group is a business development company. The Group has had a strong focus on the hotel industry since the acquisition of five hotel properties in Sweden. Since then, the Group has become involved in most aspects within the hotel business, including hotel development, hotel ownership, hotel operations and hotel franchising. Currently the Group almost 100 hotels in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Iceland and Spain, making it one of Scandinavia’s largest hotel groups. In addition, the Group has several land areas with plans for property development.

HUS is a property development company where the value is created through the development, building, maintenance and selling of properties.

Development projects include the hotels Vesterbro and Skt Petri in Copenhagen, Grand in Odense, Hotel G in Gothenburg, Grims Grenka and Millienium in Oslo and Marin in Bergen

Host Hoteleiendom is a real estate owner and asset manager creating value through acquiring, managing and selling real estate.

Host currently owns 17 properties (16 hotels) throughout Scandinavia, totalling about 2,000 hotel rooms.

Tribe Hotels is a hotel operator creating value through sales effective and cost efficient hotel operations.

Tribe Hotels operates over 30 hotels with a good coverage across Scandinavia, including several hotels in each capital and other central locations.

First Hotels is a franchise chain, marketing and selling its brand and supporting services to franchisees.

First Hotels has a strong position in Scandinavia with a portfolio consisting of almost 100 hotels centrally located throughout Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Iceland and Spain.
